Tisch Elevator Tower and Addition

Part of the Tisch Hospital Transformation projects, this addition consisted of the planning, design and construction of a new 19-story elevator tower. The new and renovated area features 4 new elevators, family waiting areas, offices, conference rooms and clinical support space at each of 19 in-patient floors. The existing building lobby was expanded to include amenity spaces, public restrooms and a Meditation room. The addition was constructed adjacent to the existing hospital within a 4-sided constricted courtyard; working closely with the hospital administration the hospital operated at full capacity during construction.
